Manufacturer's Guarantee

We offer a 12 month guarantee on all products. If any structural fault should arise within the first 12 months through normal use of your chair/sofa, just contact us and we will arrange to have it repaired or replaced as soon as possible. (Please note this does not include accidental damage or stains.)

Five Year Extended Guarantee

This guarantee can be extended for only £29.99 per seat to give you complete protection for 5 years against stains, structural faults and accidental damage. That means five years full protection on a 3 seater sofa for just £89.97. This service is offered by Stainguard and we have negotiated an excellent rate on your behalf.
