Delivery

At Next Day Sofas we pride ourselves on our fast, reliable and convenient delivery services to make your purchase as stress and hassle free as possible.

All of our delivery services and prices are based on mainland England and Wales. Whilst we can deliver to most islands and remote areas in Scotland, in some cases the couriers may apply a surcharge to get to you. Please check out our "Scottish, Irish and Islands Deliveries" section further below for more information.

Premium Two Man, White Glove Service

As standard we offer a FREE Two Man, White Glove delivery service for your new sofas. This service really takes the hassle out of your new purchase:

• Quick Despatch – orders placed before 11am on weekdays are despatched to our our Two Man delivery specialist that day
• Fast and Easy – your new suite will be with you 7-10 days after we have despatched your order
• Convenient – once we have despatched your order, our two man delivery experts will contact you to arrange a delivery day that is convenient for you
• Where you want it – your new sofas are brought into your home by an experienced delivery team, to your room of choice
• Hassle Free – your two man team will unwrap and set your new sofas up for you, exactly where you want them
• No left overs – your delivery team will happily take away the packaging if requested

Need it Faster? – Next Working Day and 2-5 day delivery options

At Next Day Sofas we understand that sometimes you need your new suite fast. So we are happy to also be able to provide two super quick delivery services to you.

In order to provide such super fast delivery options, we have to send your order via a different courier. The delivery is bought to you on a one-man service. The courier will unload the item from the delivery vehicle and bring it to the kerbside outside your property.

You will then need to take your new item into your property. Unfortunately, the courier is not able to assist you in taking the goods inside, therefore we recommend you have two people available on your chosen day of delivery to take receipt of the item and take it into your property.

Next Working Day

• Super Quick Service – orders placed before 11am on weekdays are delivered on the next working day
• Delivery between 8am-6pm – in order to take advantage of our super fast delivery you will need to have someone at the property to take delivery
• Kerbside Service – make sure you have someone with you to help bring your new sofa into your property

2-4 day Delivery

• Quick Despatch – orders placed before 11am on weekdays are despatched from our warehouse that day
• Booked in for your convenience – once the goods are at a delivery depot local to you, the courier will call you to arrange a convenient delivery
• Quick Delivery – your goods will be with you 2-5 days after despatch
• Kerbside Service – make sure you have someone with you to help bring your new sofa into your property

All Sofa, Corner and Cuddle Chair Deliveries – Please note that you need to be available at the property for your arranged delivery. If there is no one at home when the driver arrives to deliver then the courier may make a charge for redelivery.

Accent Chair, Swivel Chair, Ottoman and Klick Klack Deliveries

All of our Accent/Tub chairs, Swivel Chairs, Ottomans and Klick Klack Sofabeds are delivered on a FREE super quick, next day delivery:

• Super Quick Service – orders placed before 11am on weekdays are delivered on the next working day
• Track your delivery online – once we have despatched your goods you will receive an email with tracking details for your order. On the day of delivery you will be able to see the progress of your delivery. In many instances you will be able to see a timeslot for delivery!
• Delivery to the Door – the courier will bring your parcel to the door for you to bring into your property
• Not in? – whilst we do recommend that you are there on the day of delivery to take receipt of your new chair, if you aren't the courier will leave a card with their contact details. You can either rearrange delivery or you can collect the goods from their delivery depot. Please note that they will only hold your parcel at their depot for 4-5 days and if they don't hear from you they will send your chair back to us. A redelivery charge would then apply.

Scottish, Irish and Island Deliveries

Our Standard Delivery service covers England and Wales. Whilst we can deliver to most areas in Scotland, Northern/Southern Ireland and most islands (including the Isle of Wight), unfortunately some surcharges can apply due to the distance from our warehouses, additional sea freight and remoteness of some areas.

Please note that next day delivery is not always available to these areas, and typically delivery timescales are a couple of days longer to account for greater distances.

If you live in one of these areas then we want to give you the best and most reasonable delivery option available based on the combination of goods you wish to purchase and your preferred delivery service. Please call us to order or discuss delivery so we can find the right option for you.

If you order online then the applicable delivery surcharge will not be added by our shopping cart and we will contact you once we receive your order to discuss any applicable surcharge.

Unfortunately we are not able to deliver to some outlying areas of the UK such as the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, some Scottish isles and BFPO addresses. If you place an order to one of these locations online we will inform you and provide you with a full refund promptly.

General Delivery Information

Delivery Details

Please let us know at the time of order if there are any access or parking restrictions our courier company should be made aware of prior to delivery.

Taking Receipt of your Goods

Your delivery is insured against transit damage, but for your own protection it is important that you check the goods when you receive them.

If there is any damage to the packaging you must sign for your delivery as 'packaging damaged' on the courier's electronic pad / delivery note. If the courier is reluctant to wait sufficient time for you to check your delivery properly, again you must insist on writing 'packaging damaged' next to your signature, otherwise the courier company will consider your goods to have been delivered in perfect condition.

Your products will be delivered in packaging that will ensure their safe delivery. It is advised that you unpack your goods carefully to avoid damage to the goods and so that the packaging can be re-used to return the goods safely to us in the event of a fault or if you should choose to return your order.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods

In the unlikely event the goods are received damaged, faulty or your order is incorrect, please ensure you notify our customer service team within 7 days of receipt of the goods, after which time the goods will be considered to have been accepted.

Returns and Cancellations

Your purchase may be returned to us and the order cancelled (for any reason) within fourteen days of delivery. Please see our terms and conditions for details of our cancellation policy.
